Resumen

HitDex no tiene cuentas, no tiene analítica y no hace seguimiento. Tu colección vive en tu iPhone. No hay servidor de HitDex al que se envíe nada.

Qué se guarda y dónde

Tu colección (cartas, cantidades, variante, idioma, precios que escribes a mano) y tus informes de grading se guardan con SwiftData en el almacenamiento local de la app, en tu dispositivo. No se sincronizan con ningún servidor nuestro ni con iCloud.
El histórico de valor de tu portfolio se calcula y se guarda también en local, una fila por día, a medida que usas la app.
Tus preferencias (idioma de escaneo, retorno háptico) se guardan en los ajustes locales de la app.
Las claves de API que configures se guardan únicamente en el Llavero (Keychain) del dispositivo, con accesibilidad kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly: no salen del dispositivo ni se sincronizan con iCloud. Puedes borrarlas vaciando el campo en Ajustes.
La caché del catálogo, de los precios y del arte (respuestas de las APIs públicas y las imágenes descargadas) se guarda en el directorio de caché de la app, en tu dispositivo. Puedes vaciar la de imágenes desde Ajustes.

El catálogo (sets y cartas) viene empaquetado dentro de la app: se puede navegar entero sin conexión, sin que leerlo suponga ninguna petición. Con conexión, al abrir un set la app sí pide sus precios y el arte de las cartas a los servicios de la sección siguiente.

Cámara y fotos

HitDex pide acceso a la cámara para leer el número de coleccionista de tus cartas y para fotografiarlas al gradearlas. Puedes denegarlo y usar la galería: la app no accede a tu fototeca, solo recibe la foto concreta que eliges tú en el selector del sistema.

Tanto la lectura del número (OCR) como el análisis del estado de la carta son on-device, con el framework Vision de Apple. Las fotos no se guardan —ni siquiera dentro de la app: del grading solo se conserva el informe, con las notas y los subgrados, nunca la imagen— ni se envían a ningún sitio, salvo en un caso: si tú configuras voluntariamente una clave de API de Anthropic en Ajustes, la foto de la carta que estés gradeando se envía a api.anthropic.com para obtener una segunda opinión sobre su estado, autenticada con tu propia clave. Ese envío se rige por los términos y la política de privacidad de Anthropic, no por esta. Sin clave configurada, el grading funciona íntegramente en local y ninguna foto sale del dispositivo.

Servicios externos

Para mostrar los precios, el arte de las cartas y los sets más recientes, la app puede hacer peticiones a:

api.tcgdex.net — precios en euros (tendencia de Cardmarket) y variantes de cada carta. Es la fuente principal de precio.
assets.tcgdex.net — el arte de las cartas.
api.pokemontcg.io — metadatos de respaldo y descubrimiento de los sets publicados después de generarse el catálogo empaquetado. Si has configurado una API key gratuita suya en Ajustes, se envía en la petición.
images.pokemontcg.io e images.scrydex.com — arte de respaldo y logos de los sets. images.scrydex.com es el CDN al que apunta hoy pokemontcg.io para los sets recientes.
www.pricecharting.com — precios de cartas gradeadas (raw, PSA 10, grade 9 y 8). Solo si has configurado tu propio token de PriceCharting en Ajustes; sin él no se hace ninguna petición. En cada consulta se envían tu token y el nombre, el set y el número impreso de la carta que estás mirando, que es lo que identifica el producto a cotizar.
api.anthropic.com — solo si has configurado una clave de API (ver arriba).

Como en cualquier petición de red, esos servicios reciben tu dirección IP y los datos técnicos habituales de la conexión. HitDex no les envía ningún identificador propio ni de tu dispositivo, ni tu colección, ni sus cantidades, ni su valor. Lo que buscas dentro de la app no sale del dispositivo: la búsqueda se resuelve contra el catálogo empaquetado, en local.

Lo que HitDex NO hace

No crea cuentas ni pide datos personales.
No usa analítica, publicidad, SDKs de terceros ni identificadores de seguimiento. La app no integra ninguna librería de terceros.
No comparte ni vende datos.
No accede a tu galería salvo a la foto que elijas tú en el selector del sistema.
No graba audio: la cámara se usa solo para vídeo/imagen.

Menores

HitDex no recoge datos personales de nadie, con independencia de su edad.

Borrado

Desinstalar la app elimina la colección, los informes, el histórico del portfolio, las preferencias y la caché.

Las claves guardadas en el Llavero son la excepción: en iOS pueden sobrevivir a la desinstalación. Si quieres asegurarte de que desaparecen, vacía los campos de clave en Ajustes antes de borrar la app.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, se actualizará la fecha del encabezado y la versión publicada de este documento.

No está afiliada, patrocinada ni respaldada por Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company International ni sus filiales, ni por Cardmarket, TCGplayer, PriceCharting o PSA. Summary

HitDex has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Your collection lives on your iPhone. There is no HitDex server that anything is sent to.

What is stored, and where

Your collection (cards, quantities, variant, language, prices you type yourself) and your grading reports are stored with SwiftData in the app's local storage, on your device. They are not synced to any server of ours, nor to iCloud.
Your portfolio value history is likewise computed and stored locally, one row per day, as you use the app.
Your preferences (scanning language, haptics) are stored in the app's local settings.
Any API keys you configure are stored only in the device Keychain, with kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlockThisDeviceOnly accessibility: they never leave the device and are not synced to iCloud. You can delete them by clearing the field in Settings.
The catalogue, price and card-art cache (responses from the public APIs and the downloaded images) is stored in the app's cache directory, on your device. You can clear the image cache from Settings.

The catalogue itself (sets and cards) ships inside the app: you can browse all of it offline, and reading it makes no request at all. When you are online, opening a set does ask the services listed below for its prices and card art.

Camera and photos

HitDex asks for camera access to read the collector number on your cards and to photograph them for grading. You can deny it and use the photo library instead: the app does not access your library, it only receives the specific photo you pick yourself in the system picker.

Both the number recognition (OCR) and the card condition analysis run on-device, using Apple's Vision framework. Photos are not stored — not even inside the app: a grading run keeps the report, with its notes and subgrades, never the image — and are not sent anywhere, with one exception: if you voluntarily configure an Anthropic API key in Settings, the photo of the card you are grading is sent to api.anthropic.com for a second opinion on its condition, authenticated with your own key. That transfer is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, not by this one. With no key configured, grading runs entirely locally and no photo leaves the device.

Third-party services

To show prices, card art and the most recent sets, the app may make requests to:

api.tcgdex.net — prices in euros (Cardmarket trend) and the variants of each card. This is the primary price source.
assets.tcgdex.net — the card art.
api.pokemontcg.io — fallback metadata and discovery of sets released after the bundled catalogue was generated. If you have configured one of their free API keys in Settings, it is sent with the request.
images.pokemontcg.io and images.scrydex.com — fallback art and set logos. images.scrydex.com is the CDN pokemontcg.io currently points to for recent sets.
www.pricecharting.com — graded card prices (raw, PSA 10, grade 9 and 8). Only if you have configured your own PriceCharting token in Settings; without it, no request is made. Each lookup sends your token and the name, set and printed number of the card you are viewing, which is what identifies the product being priced.
api.anthropic.com — only if you have configured an API key (see above).

As with any network request, those services receive your IP address and the usual technical connection data. HitDex sends them no identifier of its own or of your device, and neither your collection, nor its quantities, nor its value. What you search for inside the app never leaves the device: search is resolved against the bundled catalogue, locally.

What HitDex does NOT do

No accounts, no personal data requested.
No analytics, advertising, third-party SDKs or tracking identifiers. The app integrates no third-party libraries at all.
No sharing or selling of data.
No access to your photo library beyond the photo you pick yourself in the system picker.
No audio recording: the camera is used for video/stills only.

Children

HitDex collects no personal data from anyone, regardless of age.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app removes the collection, the reports, the portfolio history, the preferences and the cache.

Keys stored in the Keychain are the exception: on iOS they can survive an uninstall. If you want to be sure they are gone, clear the key fields in Settings before deleting the app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date in the header and the published version of this document will be updated.
